What's up at school?
Hyderabad: With great excitement, Olivemount Global School, welcomed friends from the University of Kashmir. The Kashmiri delegates from 22 variant educational streams, were embraced with a heartfelt welcome at school. Director Joy Padayatty, Principal, Uma Rajendran, and Vice-Principal Smriti Ramisetty greeted Shahid Ali Khan, Cultural Officer, Surjeet Kour, assistant sports officer, Manzoor Ahmed Dar, section officer, along with their student. Celebrating cultural exchange, students immersed themselves in the spirit of Telangana and displayed regional folklore like Bonalu, and Bathukamma and presented Hyderabadi delicacies. Students participated in the interaction session wherein they put forward numerous questions for the delegates to pacify their curiosity about Kashmir, life in Kashmir and the international Borders. Friends from Kashmir presented Melogios Kashmiri songs along with many other foot-tapping numbers.
