He has had varied experiences in School Administration across India over the past 22 years.  He has been instrumental in establishing and managing many schools of repute all over the country.  His expert footprints can be traced back at Montfort School, Ballarpur and Nagpur; The Stephan School, Mumbai; St. Joseph's School, Goa; St. Gabriel's School, Warangal; as a Deputy Director of Gowtham Model Schools, Telangana; Founder Principal of Sri Chaitanya School, Bangalore; Founder Principal of Delhi School of Excellence, Attapur and Tatva Global School, Hyderabad.  In OLIVEMOUNT, Joy has employed his expertise in choosing the right kind of teaching staff who would not compromise on the quality of teaching.
