DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

  1. 3 passport size colour photos of the Student, Parents and Guardian
  2. Xerox Copy of the Date of Birth Certificate
  3. Transfer Certificate from previous school in mandatory
  4. Proof of Blood Group
  5. Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card (Father, Mother, Guardian and Student)
  6. Xerox copy of the community Certificate
  7. NPEN - National Personal Education Number is Mandatory
