I, on behalf of OLIVEMOUNT GLOBAL SCHOOL, aim to provide an environment that enables unleashing and nurturing inner potentials, creativity, leadership qualities and interpersonal skills in every child and inculcating values as well. While all schools aspire to bring a change in the learner, our forte is to work towards creating consequence-conscious citizens who will be responsible in decision making. The present era of ever increasing Technology has immensely influenced and accelerated our life style; there is no doubt about it. But when it comes to use of the human elements like creative intelligence, attitudes, values, feelings, respect, tolerance etc., Technology does have a limit. It has been my sincere observation that there has been an imbalance in respect of these human elements vis a vis Technology. Hence on behalf of OLIVEMOUNT, I sincerely hope to mould our children in such a way that they can balance the much-needed Human Values and the inevitable and unavoidable Technology.

As our philosophy is driven by the 5Cs as mentioned above, children of OLIVEMOUNT, will not only be demonstrating and professing our 5Cs philosophy, but they will also be capable of influencing the upcoming generation, thus contributing to the society. Keeping this in view, OLIVEMOUNT is specific in looking for such calibre as our teachers who not only care about what they are doing but also for whom it is done.

We believe, as educators, it is our responsibility to nurture, develop and guide every learner towards a value-driven quality life. We will strive for excellence by preparing children to be self-directed, realistic and responsible decision makers in this multicultural, complex and dynamic world.

I strongly believe in the role of teachers, parents and administrators and value their collaboration, contribution and communication to make learning a joyful and memorable experience.
