Investiture Ceremony is an important occasion which signifies the reliance and confidence, the school consigns on the newly elected office bearers.

A prefectorial board is formed at OLIVEMOUNT after the scrutinous procedures of filing of Nomination Forms, interview by panel of jury, campaigning and voting.

Selection in Students council gives them a feel of functioning of an official administrative body.

It was the proud moment for all to witness the Chief guest for the day, Retired IAF Officer, Mr Ramesh Pothina, (presently serving as Vice President, at Wells Fargo, Hyderabad, heading Corporate Security projects for India and Philippine locations) performing the badging ceremony along with the Principal,  Mrs. Uma Rajendran, Vice-Principal, Mrs. Smriti Peters Ramisetty and Headmistress, Mrs. Tanuja Padayatty, of the school.

The elected leaders’ profiles were read out to the audience.

Donning the mantle of accountability, the Council Members pledged to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities.

It is for sure that this child centric approach will definitely frame responsible citizens.

The Chief guest in his address emphasized on utilising Listening Skills, Communication, apt usage of Social Media and self-discipline, to be implemented in daily life of children.

School Pupil Leader, Mridula, Grade Xl, in her speech assured of good governance.

Assistant School Pupil Leader, Tithi Kedia in her vote of thanks expressed gratitude for everyone who made this day possible with tireless efforts.
